This two bedroom Split Level Apartment is perfect for groups and families alike, as it offers fully self-contained comfortable facilities.

The Apartment has two bedrooms, one on each floor.

Downstairs:

The downstairs bedroom has a Super King bed which can be split in to two single beds on request, it also has a private ensuite bathroom with shower over a bath. The downstairs bedroom also has its own contained kitchenette, with kettle, bar fridge, toaster plus tea/coffee making facilities, Plasma screen TV, Sky & iPod docking station.

The second shower room is also downstairs.

The Kitchen is well equipped, with full oven, electric fry pan, pots & pans, toaster, full fridge, microwave, & full set of crockery & cutlery. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and is perfectly equipped if you wanted to cook at home.

Upstairs:

A large lounge with roof top views out across Queenstown Hill and up to the Gondola, set with a Plasma screen TV/Sky & wifi access.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with mountain views of the Remarkables & partial vistas out across Lake Wakatipu, plus a rollaway single & fitted wardrobes.

Amenities:

Full Sky TV is available on both floors & wifi access is available throughout the entire apartment & just requires a pre pay card to log on (which can be bought at reception).

The Split Apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a relaxing get away to the destination capital, being 50 metres from the centre of town, shops & all restaurants.

General Guest use on site includes, Laundry Room, Ski dry/store room, Guest Kitchen, BBQ & Private garden area.

Parking:

There are 6 car parking spaces at the Lodge, which are off street. Lomond Lodge is also situated on a free car parking street, so parking is not normally a problem. We also have over flow car parking spaces available in the Man Street car park across the street from the Lodge.Please make us aware should you have any specific requirements.
