This two bedroom centrally located flat has recently been refurbished and is fully self-contained.
The apartment has possibily some of the most breathtaking veiws out accross Lake Wakatipu and the Rembarkables Mountain Range. Perfectly located for those looking to stay right in the heart of Queenstown.

Number 5 is fully equiped and was renovated extensively in November 07, being fitted with a new kitchen appliances and bathroom.

A modern two bedroom town flat, which sleeps max of 7 persons. It has a full kitchen, open dining/living area, two bedrooms, utility room, and separate bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and is perfectly equipped if you wanted to cook at home.
The bathroom has also been recently refurbished.

Bedrooms:
Two large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King & single bed, a fitted wardrobe, & has stunning lake views which can be seen from the bedroom window.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed & fitted wardrobes. Please note this room does not have a window.

Kitchen:
Electric hob & oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery & cutlery/cooking utensils.

Dining Area/Lounge:
Large sofa bed and two chairs, plus dining room table with chairs.
Large 32” plasma screen TV, full Sky and DVD player. Separate CD player with radio.

Utility room:
New washing machine. Steam Iron & board.

Parking:
There is an allocated car parking space for Flat 5 directly across the road, in the new Man Street car park, which has 24 hour access.

There are also a limited number of 30 minute 'drop off' zones directly outside the flat for short term parking and un-loading only. You are able to park in these zones after 6pm till 9am in the morning, then from 9am they revert to 30 mins.

Location & Access:
The apartment is one of 9 flats in the Bay Centre, which is located on Shotover Streetsee map.
Access to the Bay Centre flats is via a security coded door, you will be given the code when you check-in.

Check in at Lomond Lodge Motel on Man Street (who manage the apartment for the owners).

Rates and Terms & Conditions:

Rate: Low season from $180. High season from $230.
Rates are per night, based on 4 person share, and includes GST.
Extra persons:
Adult $20 per night.
Child $15 per night.
Under 5's FREE.
Rollaway bed available on request.

Seasonal rates apply.

Maximum occupancy 7 persons
Strictly no pets allowed

One night’s accommodation is required as a non-refundable deposit at reservation stage.

 

Cancellation policy:
“In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 7-14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged one nights accommodation. In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 1-7 days of the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your confirmed reservation.”

All bookings need to be confirmed with a valid credit card number.
