Additionally, there is a double fold out bed in the lounge that can sleep 2 persons.

Lounge/Diner:
Comfortable area, with sofa & chairs, dining table & chairs, TV, DVD
Separate CD player with radio. Lounge leads out to private courtyard area, via patio doors.

Steam Iron & board.

Parking:
The Apartment has an allocated off street car parking space which is directly outside.

Minimum Stay 3 nights

Rate: $160 per night based on a 4 person share including GST.
Extra persons:
Adult - $20 per night.
Child - $15 per night.
Under 5's - FREE.

Seasonal rates apply.

Maximum occupancy 6 persons
Strictly no pets allowed

One night’s accommodation is required as a non-refundable deposit at reservation stage.

Cancellation policy:
“In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 7-14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged one nights accommodation. In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 1-7 days of the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your confirmed reservation.”

All bookings need to be confirmed with a valid credit card number.
