Apartment 13 is fully equipped & is fitted with a modern functional kitchen & appliances throughout, plus two new bathroom suites.

The Apartment can sleep a max of 7 persons, via the following layout;

Two Bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a King & bed, which on request can be split in to two single beds, plus shelving/storage.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed & a single rollaway bed in the wardrobe with windows looking out to the private Garden area.

Kitchen:
Electric hob & oven, e/fry pan/wok, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher & all crockery, cutlery/cooking utensils.

Dining Area/Lounge:
Large sofa, which converts to a double sofa bed & chairs, plus dining room table to seat 6 persons.

Large 32" plasma screen TV, Sky, Wifi access & DVD player.

Utility room - General Guest use:
Washing machine & Dryers for Communal Guest use – coin operated. Plus an Eco drying areas outside.

Parking:
There are 6 car parking spaces at the Lodge, which are off street. Lomond Lodge is also situated on a free car parking street, so parking is not normally a problem. We also have over flow car parking spaces in the underground car park across from the Lodge. Please make us aware should you have any specific requirements.
